About getnotaryo

We built getnotaryo because a friend of ours — a notary public in Cebu — used to spend the last Friday of every month catching up on her notarial register and then another half-day formatting the Judicial Form 143. None of that work was making her better at her job. It was just the cost of keeping the records the Rules require.

That seemed solvable. So we sat down with three notaries from three different cities, read the 2004 Rules on Notarial Practice end to end, then read every amendment through OCA Circular No. 197-2025 and the 2025 Rules on Electronic Notarization, and built what their existing workflow would have looked like if it had been designed in 2026 instead of 1949.

The result is a single application: walk-in intake, document drafting, auto-numbered register, print-ready PDF, and one-click monthly reports — all running on AWS serverless, all priced in pesos, all built for solo notaries and law firms who don't want to think about software past the first ten minutes.

We are getnotaryo Technologies, Inc., a Philippine company based in Cebu City. We are not the notary; the notary remains your firm's commissioned lawyer. We are the software.
