Authorizes another person to act on your behalf for a specific transaction. Draft included.
Deed of Absolute Sale (Vehicle)
For transferring ownership of a motor vehicle. Includes a flat fee plus 0.5% of declared price, capped at PHP 1,999.
Parental Consent (Minor Travel)
For minors traveling without one or both parents. DSWD clearance handled separately.
Authorization Letter
